Our training within this strand is aimed at groups and promotes highly effective skills such as; fitness, wellness, team building, confidence and cameraderie. Groups receive professional training and workshops designed to bring the very best out of each person, so that they can be the best version of themselves.
Our Elite Business training goes beyond just conventional fitness training. Our experienced based knowledge of overall wellness and productivity enables us to work with organisations including but not limited to: Professional Organisations, Universities, Colleges, Academies, and Schools. Humans are not designed to sit at a desk all day. We understand the habitual nature of humans and how the repetative cycles of our lives can shape us all into being a lesser version of who we are capable of becoming.
At 360 Elite, we offer office/school personal training which includes exercises specifically tailored to counteract painful and uncomfortable desk work and study patterns. We are passionate about postural awareness and methods to increase your body awareness while working or studying throughout your day. We specialise in strategies to get you moving, and these will have a direct benefit to your long-term health, and your staff or students performance levels. Our training is flexible and can be done at a desk or in the gym. We run school assemblies, sports days, sports awards shows, charity events and corporate fitness functions.
Duration: Training duration ranges from 1 day events to once per week (half & full term)
